The Challenge:
Customers in Libya faced difficulties in obtaining prepaid recharge cards, as there was no clear or unified mechanism for requesting and printing these cards, which led to wasted time and effort. There was an urgent need for a digital platform to simplify this process and allow regular customers to access the service easily.
We designed and developed the "Tamim" application — a dedicated app that enables end users to request, print, and consume prepaid recharge cards instantly and efficiently.
