The Challenge:
Customers in Libya faced difficulty in obtaining prepaid recharge cards, as there was no clear or unified mechanism to request and print these cards, which caused wasting time and effort. There was an urgent need for a digital platform that facilitates this process and enables ordinary customers to easily access the service.
We designed and developed the "Kroti" application, a specialized app that enables end users to request, print, and consume prepaid recharge cards instantly and efficiently.
