We take pride at ZAD Integrated Solutions in providing innovative software solutions that enable our clients to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and control in their operational processes. Among our most prominent successes is our project with “Salam” for fabric and ready-made garment manufacturing, where we designed and developed a dedicated program to manage manufacturing operations and track orders in real time.

The Challenge:

Salam company faced great challenges in following up the stages of clothing manufacturing, which led to difficulty in tracking orders, significant waste in raw materials, in addition to a lack of comprehensive visibility of the production process. There was an urgent need for a system that enables management to monitor in real time and control all aspects of manufacturing.

We designed and developed a custom software for "Salam" company that enables it to manage all manufacturing operations and track orders in real time. This system connects all production departments, starting from receiving the fabrics to delivering the final product.

Key Features of the System:

Order Management and Tracking: The system provides a comprehensive and live view of all orders in their different stages, ensuring on-time delivery of products.

Dashboards and Real-Time Reports: The customized dashboards enable management to monitor production performance in real time and analyze critical data to make quick and fact-based decisions.

Comprehensive Control of Raw Materials: The system accurately tracks the usage of raw materials, allowing the identification of any waste or inefficient use.

The Results:

Thanks to this software, Salam company achieved a tangible transformation in its operational efficiency and profitability:

  • Limiting waste: Real-time following significantly contributed to limiting raw material waste and scrap from manufacturing processes, which led to major financial savings and increased profit margins.

  • Improved efficiency: Management was able to monitor and improve performance based on accurate and instant reports, which led to increased productivity.

  • Better quality control: It became possible to identify and address any production issues immediately, which positively reflected on the quality of the final products.
